Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as Camis & Tanks and Long Sleeve Tops cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
